Hallo GT Fans.
Traurig ist mein Deutsch nicht gut genug, alle Mitteilungen auf Deutsch zu tun, aber ich wollte hallo von England sagen
Ich bin 39yr alter GT Fahrer und bin ein GT-Fanatiker für 36yrs gewesen! Ich habe 4 GT´ s, ein Kadett C Coupe und eine Manta 400 Replik ...... aber das GT´ s sind am besten. Sind hier einige Bilder.

Einen einen Targa-Umbau mit right-hand-drive sieht man ja wirklich nicht so oft

2 schöne GT´s hast Du da!(Great Britain 12 points!) Rechtslenker-Umbau ist auch sehr interessant. Gerne davon mal ein paar Fotos. (und natürlich auch von den beiden anderen GT´s und von dem Manta!)

Thanks for all the comments. We have maybe only 100 GT´s in the UK ("yes"... ha ha UK 12 points!). I have owned 20 GT´s in the last 15yrs, so i am a true Opel Fruit <img src=http://www.forumcoder.de/images/smilies/smiley.gif border=0 alt=´smile´>
The first picture does show some Vitaloni California´s, well spotted. This GT was bought by Dealer Opel Team boss Tony Fall after the 1981 San Remo Rally and was rebuilt by Opel Classics in the late 80´s.....so she is an important GT!
The Targa as you have notice is RHD and also has a V8.....nice but not as good as the Opel Classics GT <img src=http://www.forumcoder.de/images/smilies/smiley.gif border=0 alt=´smile´>

Cool, tell us more about the V8, is it a Rover V8? Is it much trouble to fit it under the hood?

I think i know you also from the opelgt.com site? When i visit my parents in Gutersloh i always stop at the Tref Centre/Maxi Praxis in Venlo.
Here are some more pictures of the Targa. She uses a Rover 3.9 V8. The gearbox is a modified BMW E32 4speed auto. What makes the car very unusual is that the original suspension has been replaced with coil over shock absorber, here are some more pictures.
She is currently off the road for a minor rebuild, respray, new leather and wheels (the 17 Brock B1´s are just too big for such a small car).

Hi Mark,
yep, I´m also on opelgt.com. I knew a guy from the Dutch GT club who also had a rover V8 engine. It was very nice, this GT V8 looked stock, you´ll never know till you hear it.
B.t.w. when you are in Venlo you could visit me for a short moment, I never had the chance to meet an English GT-fan and talk about GT´s
