1. Saisonabschlußfahrt Braunschweig

Hallo
ich komme gerade von der Abschlußfahrt aus Braunschweig zurück. Bis auf ein paar "unbedeutende" kleine Pannen war es mal wieder ein tolles Erlebnis. Nochmals vielen Dank an Sabine und Tofi. Hier schon mal ein paar Fotos.

Also Carsten, Respekt!
Während die "anderen" den Abend noch ausklingen lassen, stellst Du hier mitten in der Nacht diese wenigen, aber tollen Fotos von der Saisonabschlussfahrt ein.
Auch wenn es nur wenige Fotos zunächst sind (ich hoffe auf mehr ), so macht es für Aussenstehende bestimmt einen guten Eindruck zu diesem tollen Tag, den da meine Clubfreunde Tofi und Sabine organisiert haben.
Wir waren insgesamt 26 Opel GTs und zwei Fremdfahrzeuge, wobei das eine Fremdfahrzeug von Steffi und Uwe bereits mittags sich leider ausklingen musste.
Die Strecke begann südlich von Wolfenbüttel/Braunschweig und ging in den Harz. Diesmal in den Ostharz. Tofi und Sabine haben Strcken ausgesucht, die selbst die nahe aus der Gegend stammenden noch nicht kannten. Wir besuchten Burgen, Klöster und Schlösser. Manch einer dachte, wir wären im südlichen Rheinland-Pfalz unterwegs. Die Strecke führte durch spektakuläre enge, aber gut aspahaltierte Bergwälder.
Über lang gezogene Landstrassen, die aber aus der Eiszeit bedingt recht großwellige Landschaftsformen aufwies. Die Kurven waren sehr anspruchsvoll und verlangten vom Fahrer gutes Handling und vom Beifahrer gutes Festhalten. Die Reifen indess wurden diesmal besonders an den Flanken beansprucht.
Und das Wetter, naja: wenn Götter reisen! Wie bestellt: trocken, sonnig und herbstig. Was will man mehr.
Die oben angesprochenen Pannen, wurden wie immer gemeinschaftlich gelöst.
All diese positive Eindrücke nehmen wir alle mit in die Wintersaison und sind schon froher Erwartung wenn Anfang Mai die Saisonauftaktfahrt durch das Weserbergland führen wird.
Dann heist es bestimmt wieder: Reifenflanken warm fahren
